Karen Belknap, Founder

Pastor Karen Belknap graduated from Pecos High in Pecos, Texas. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Kansas, and her Masters of Arts Degree in Leadership from Amberton University. She completed her Superintendent’s Certification from University of Texas at the Permian Basin. She was a Texas SBEC Certified Principal. Pastor Belknap is an ordained minister. She along with her late husband, Donald Belknap, founded the A+ Charter Schools, Belknap Ministries, and Inspired Vision Church. She is also a founder of Inspired Vision Compassion Center. Pastor Belknap is the Director Emeritus of A+ Charter Schools. She is the Vice President of the Pleasant Grove Ministerial Alliance. She is a member of the board for The Greater Dallas Coalition. She has been on the SBDM at several Dallas Independent School District Schools.

Dr. Teadran White, CEO

Teadran graduated from Booker T Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts, in Dallas, Texas. She has studied at Eastfield College and the University of Southern California. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University in Los, Angeles, California. Teadran is the worship leader and administrator at Inspired Vision Church. She is a founder of Inspired Vision Compassion Center.

Trevelan Belknap, COO

Trevelan graduated from A+ Academy, in Dallas, Texas. Trevelan received his Associates Degree from Eastfield College. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s of Science in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He is a founding member of Inspired Vision Compassion Center. He is a board member of Inspired Vision Church. Trevelan has received the Dorothy Aman Award from Southern Methodist University. He was one of the first students in the State of Texas to receive an Associate’s Degree, in the Dual Credit Program, before graduating from high school.

Adetutu Adedoyin

Board Member

Adetutu Olaniyi Adedoyin was born in the city of Kaduna, one of the Northern states in Nigeria West Africa. He was the 6th born of 8 children in the Adedoyin family. Adetutu received his diploma from Ahmadu Bello University with a major in Animal Health and Husbandry and served his country, Nigeria, for one year in the National Youth Service Corp. He was selected by Auburn Univerisy in Alabama for a Certificate Course in Tilapia Sex Reverse which led him to America. He attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas where he received a Bachelors in Theology with a major in Pastoral Theology in 2018. He has been serving as an associate pastor at Inspired Vision Church for the past eight years and has supported the work at Inspired Vision Compassion Center through volunteer work and serving on the board. .

Daisy Garcia, RN
Board Member

Daisy Garcia grew up in Dallas, graduating from Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School. She obtained her Registered Nurse degree from Baylor University and is pursuing her License as a Nurse Practitioner through Texas Women’s University. She has worked as a nurse in a surgical center and is currently a school nursing supervisor. Partnering with Foremost Family Health Centers, she helped plan and open a campus based medical clinic in Southeast Dallas. Daisy has a heart to serve her community through health care and service and is an integral member of Inspired Vision Compassion Center’s board of directors.

Dr. Shala Flowers, D.C.

Board Member

Dr. Shala Flowers grew up in Dallas, graduated from Talented and Gifted Magnet, and attended Dallas College and Texas A&M Commerce. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and continued her education obtaining a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland University in Los Angeles, CA. Shala is a certified principal and superintendent, and worked in public education for twenty-six years. She is an assistant pastor at Inspired Vision Church and assists Inspired Vision Compassion Center with grant writing, accounting, and various other tasks.
When she is not serving people, she is an avid dog lover and spends time with her two rescue dogs.

Alfred Hearne

Board Member

Alfred Hearne, a native of Dallas, graduated from Lincoln High School. After Graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and spent eight years serving his country. He left the Navy and returned home to care for his sick father. While working in the medical field, Alfred received a Certificate in Cardiovascular Technology at Sandford Brown College. His compassion for hurting people, especially veterans, has resulted in a career of more than thirty years at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Alfred’s service to others is a testament to Luke 6:38: Give and it will be given to you. He is a loving family man who loves to fish. He continues to serve his community at Veterans Medical Center and through his commitment to Inspired Vision Church and Compassion Center.
