toy giveaway for more than 10,000 kids

Over the course of 7 days, we registered 10,000 kids to receive Christmas toys. Over two days, we serve 500 kids per hour. We always need volunteers and donations to make this possible.

If you are interested in donating click here.

Senior social Event every friday

Every Friday morning, we have a senior social event for everyone 55+. At this event we have many games and provide our seniors the opportunity to socialize with each other while having fun. We provide the snacks, good vibes, and great prizes for every senior that attends. Currently, we are averaging 75 seniors per social event and cannot wait to see it expand.

Jewelry Making Class

Every Thursday at 10:00 am we have an awesome jewelry making class. There is a $15 cost to pay for materials used in class. Many of our ladies have learned how to make gorgeous jewelry including earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets! Come learn how to make something beautiful, and maybe even learn how to start your own jewelry small business.

Class is open every Tuesday on a first come, first serve basis.

2022 coat giveaway

We organized our coat giveaway which took place on November 14th. For the remainder of the week, we continued to give out the coats we had. We gave over 1,500 coats.

To make this possible we accept any and all donations of winter-wear year round.

Parkland events

Parkland Hospital has several things going on in our building. Every Tuesday, Parkland is in our building providing wellness checks for adults. They have also taught Post-Partum classes, Active Shooter trainings and a series on healthful eating habits.

Special classes will be announced via our Facebook page (found by clicking here). But, you can count on Parkland being in our building every Tuesday.

SPCA Uses our building

SPCA of Texas set up camp at our building earlier this year and helped in providing hundreds of dog vaccinations. They also helped with resources on where to spay and neuter pets. This event is on a rolling basis and is announced on our Facebook page or on the SPCA website. For more information, click below to be redirected to the SPCA of Texas website.

2022

Throughout the struggles and hardships that have been endured in 2022, IVCC has stayed opened and has surpassed the expectations we had at the beginning of the year. We served a total of 441,350 families. We provided winter coats to over 1,500 children. We gave school supplies and uniforms to 1,104 children.

2021

In 2021 we surpassed all expectations that we had for ourselves, we served 427,208 families. If we multiply this by our average household size of 5, that is 2,136,040 people that we helped feed in the North Texas area. Additionally, our Christmas Blessing surpassed our wildest expectations and gave Christmas to over 10,000 kids. In one day, we gave school supplies to over 1,300 children, and supplies to over 500 teachers in the Dallas area. In 2021, we created a completely digital system through help of our partners to help organize our data and the families that we have helped thus far. This year, we have seen exponential growth in many areas including the healthcare sector. We now have a free doctor’s clinic inside our facilities four days a week, and Parkland provides screenings in our building once a week.

2020

In 2020, our team helped us exceed our expectations. We fed a grand total of 334,004 families with an average household size of 4, essentially meaning that we helped feed over 1 million people in the North Texas Area. We gave Christmas toys to over 6,123 families. This upcoming year, we expect to exceed our previous years and make a larger change in our community.

2019

We expected 2019 to exceed every year before.

It happened.

Not only did we feed over 243,000 families, but we renovated a new building that required complete and total restoration. We invited the whole community to partner with us on the remodel of the new building and they came through for us.

CATCH THE VISION.

2018

Over 200,000 families were given food in 2018. Thousands of children were given coats, toys, and school supplies.

2017

In the first seven months of this year, over 85,000 gifts of food have been distributed to families and senior citizens who have come to Inspired Vision Compassion Center.

2016

93,000 gifts of food were distributed to the needy of Dallas in 2016. It's truly amazing to see what can be done when people come together and say, "Let's make a difference."

2015

In 2015, the team of IVCC gave out groceries to 45,000 families.  We had no idea how deep and wide the need was. But we were there for the community and they showed up.

2014

In 2014, Inspired Vision opened up the parking lot of their church every day and began to give away groceries. We gave them to families, individuals, and senior citizens. By the end of the year, we had given food away 6,000 times.
